New Series 13 Competency in Development
The Competency Framework is expanding! In collaboration with, and with support from the Nova Scotia Career Development Association, Series 13 from the Pan-Canadian Competency Framework is growing from 8 competencies, to 9.
The new competency will address tailored approaches for working with clients experiencing racialization. This new competency will be developed and reviewed with the same rigour as the other competencies in the framework and will be integrated into the Code of Ethics once finalized.
We look forward to updating and involving the field on this competency's development.
